Women’s Retreat 2021

Registration is OPEN!

January 30, 2021
Theme: “Taste of the Sacred”

The Women’s Association of Ladue Chapel provides opportunities for fellowship, study and outreach for all women of the congregation.  The women of Ladue Chapel also contribute to a wide variety of benevolences through the donations from our wonderful women of the church and donations made for craft items throughout the year.

All are welcome for a lively discussion of the current month’s selected book. We meet on the second Monday of each month at Ladue Chapel at 1:00 p.m. If you are a woman interested in reading and discussing books, please join us!

General Meetings are generally held on the first Tuesday of each month, with a program and luncheon following. Our meetings are held at Ladue Chapel during September through April. Our May meeting is usually held off site.

Reservations for program luncheons may be made by contacting the church office by noon on the Friday preceding the meeting. Babysitting is available, but must be requested when reservations are made. Cost of lunches may vary between programs.

Circles focus their studies on specific scriptural reference. Our Mary Circle meet together at 10:30 a.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the church.

Mary Circle: The Bible study for 2019-2020 will be Love Carved in Stone: A Fresh Look at the Ten Commandments. Mary Circle is open to women of all ages and meets on the third Tuesday of each month September 17 through May 19 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Bickel Conference Room. To sign up, call Vicki LeResche at 314-484-0189. The study manual will be available for purchase in the Church Office.

Sewers (Needlework and Crafts) meet each Tuesday all year long at 10:30 a.m. (except General Meeting Tuesdays) at the church. We bring our lunch to socialize at noon. Funds raised from the sale of items created by our Sewers are donated to the Women’s Association benevolences.

The Holy Tearers meet most Tuesdays throughout the year (except General Meeting Tuesdays) at 10:30 a.m. to tear and roll sheets for bandages used in overseas mission hospitals. They bring lunch to socialize at noon.
