Women's Association Lunch

2017 Women’s Retreat

This year the theme is “be”-throughout the bible we hear this small word again and again: “be still and know I am God”, “do not be anxious”, “do not be afraid”. These are all easily said rather than done. What does it mean to “be still” when or schedules are packed and there aren’t enough hours in the day? How can we not be anxious when there are so many demands on our time and big decisions to make about our futures? How can we not be afraid when so many things seem uncertain and so much is out of our control?

Come join us as we look at different stories and talk about how God calls us into relationship and what that means for us to “be” in everyday life.
