What is normal Sunday worship service attire?

Most congregation members wear business casual to our Sunday worship, but we welcome all, so feel free to come as you are!

What is offered for my children during the worship services?

Children are always welcome in our worship services. Early during the 10:30 a.m. worship, Rev. Courtney Chandler calls children to come forward for Children’s Time. Afterward, children 3 years old through 2nd grade are invited to attend the Word & Wonder program and are escorted by an adult leader to the Good Shepherd Room, first door on right inside Children’s Wing glass doors. To ease times when a rocking chair, books, and quiet toys would help, we offer a comfort room at the back of the Sanctuary behind the balcony seats. In addition, we offer loving, professionally staffed nursery child care for infants through 3 year old children.

Is there Adult Sunday School?

At Ladue Chapel, we have Sunday Lecture Series. We have a class at 9:15 a.m. on Sundays from September through May. If you are interested in learning more about Adult Education, visit the Adult page of our website.

Becoming a new member

New Member classes are held occasionally, depending on interest. Classes are held on Sundays, typically three or four classes total, with the last meeting as a breakfast with our Session members. New Members are recognized at the 10:30 a.m. church service after breakfast.
